ive been reported twice for spamming when i havnt spammed at all! what shall i do?? - Page 3 - Guild Wars Forums

ok look, supose u r right and my account was suspended because i trade in !All chat.
but if i stop this and i carry on getting suspended because it is someone reporting me for no reason, what shall i do? i cant enjoy GW as much as i want to if im unable to play every few weeks....

First thing to do is kill all the lawyers. They are generally all parasitic scumbags.

For the most part, I'd say yes.

If you know what you were banned for (which it seems you do) try to avoid doing it in future, that's all that can really be said.

If this happens and you do strongly believe you've done nothing wrong (really think about your behaviour, perhaps you're "acting" like a bot, though this sort of thing is very lose in how it's defined) contact Anet and tell them you feel you're being victimised by another player or group of players (I'd refrain from blaming a member of staff just yet, it's hardly ever a good idea).

kk thnx, but im worried that iim not gettign banned for this.. im worried someone keeps reporting me for the fun of it.. to get me banned for no reason.. its happened twice in a month..

Well, stop trading in all chat, see if you get reported/banned again and THEN start getting worried.

It's more than likely the trade in all chat that has done it. Don't build it up into a conspiracy, well not just yet.

i think don't you have to be in the same district to report someone?
then the possibility of someone continuesly reporting you for the fun of it, is slim
try not to buy/sell in local, as others have said, it's annoying
they made WTS/WTB chats automaticly go under trade for a reason
